A top bar in the heart of Victoria, The Bay and Bracket is the perfect pit-stop for all sightseers and shoppers alike, in need of a bite to eat or a revitalising cup of coffee. The venue has been lavishly decorated with a cool, quirky and industrial feel featuring Meantime tanks of beer.

They offer a great selection of meals with pizzas being their speciality. If you are after drinks, they offer great value for money on an excellent range of beers and wines from all around the world, not to mention an extensive list of cocktails, made with love and care by their efficient and friendly team.

We’re famous for our live music and sport.

Our big screens show all Premier League and Championship football, as well as European Cup and International matches. If you love your rugby, there’s no better place to watch the big fixtures such as the Six Nations and Word Cup, as all the club and international fixtures.

Horse racing is part of our Irish heritage! We show all the national and international meetings and festivals and hold regular events to celebrate the highlights of the racing calendar including Royal Ascot, Cheltenham and the Grand National. We also show domestic and international cricket matches and tests, the boxing, tennis and golf, including the Masters.

The New Inn is able to offer our function rooms for private hire throughout the week.

Both rooms are suitable for a variety of private functions including Weddings, Baby Showers, Wakes, Birthday Parties, Corporate events & Training Days and much more.

We ensure privacy for your guests with a separate entrance away from the main bar and private washrooms and cloakrooms for your convenience.

Grand Suite

Upstairs at The New Inn is our Grand Suite, an imposing ballroom that was refurbished in 2018 with a purpose-built stage, DJ booth and equipped with a PA system.

The room has been tastefully decorated in a classic & elegant style making it the perfect backdrop for your event. This room can comfortably accommodate 200 guests standing or 120 seated.

Included in the hire is our private bar area with staff to serve your guests throughout.

Private Bar Hire

From Sunday to Thursday the private bar is available to hire separately for smaller parties of up to 70 guests.

Catering

When catering is required, our chefs will be able to provide a menu that suits you. From a finger buffet to a sit-down meal, with our onsite kitchens we can ensure your food is delivered to your guests fresh from the oven.
