The Bedford Tavern is a warm and friendly pub catering for business trade and locals alike. Our big screens attract sporting fans throughout the week, we offer live music, and our function room is the perfect venue for parties for up to 100 people!

We're very close to both East and West Croydon stations — the ideal place for a post-work pitstop. We are accredited with a Cask Marque certificate for delivering ale with quality aroma, flavour, served at just the right temperature, and are renowned for our cask ales.

Whether you're looking for a quiet pint, an excuse to cheer on your favourite team or enjoy a meal with the gang, The Bedford Tavern is the perfect pub for any occasion.

The lunch card runs jackets and sandwiches from noon; the all-day menu — light bites, sharers, burgers, mains and the grill — runs through to nine. The kitchen is open for all Crystal Palace home games.

Sport & live music

We're famous for our live music and sport

Big screens for the sport throughout the week, and live acts appearing throughout the week too.

Our big screens show all Premier League and Championship football, as well as European Cup and international matches. If you love your rugby, there's no better place to watch the big fixtures such as the Six Nations and the World Cup, as well as all the club and international fixtures. If you fancy watching a particular match or event, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
